Sensus communis is the term Kant uses to refer to human communicability as such, the shareability of experience. Aesthetic experience is supposed to provide a pleasant awareness of it. (IV:1, IV:5) Cf. free play of the cognitive faculties, regulative ideal, aesthetic evaluation.
